LocalGlassStyle

A ProvidableCompositionLocal which provides inherited Glass appearance.

A Glass node starts with the Regular response for its current system appearance, then applies this Style and its explicit GlassStyle in that order. Each node uses a fresh accumulator, so a Style may be shared safely by concurrent nodes. Styles compare by identity, so provide a remembered or hoisted Style.
