toAndroidColorLong

Compose's Color.value is already an Android ColorLong for colour spaces with IDs up to 15. It numbers the others (BT.2020 HLG and PQ, Oklab, ...) differently, and its own toColorLong returns an invalid value for some of them on older SDKs, so those take the platform's pack function.
