LocalGlassStyle

A ProvidableCompositionLocal which provides inherited Glass appearance.

A Glass node starts with GlassDefaults, then replays this Style and its explicit GlassStyle in that order. Each node uses a fresh accumulator, so a Style may be shared safely by concurrent nodes.
